Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No, it's the world's best meme, coming to you from Susan at Stony River. One of the highlights of a dangerous writer's week. Enjoy.
'Twas a wonderful disguise. NosFeratu, initials on jaunty cap, waited for unsuspecting coeds to pass by. A quick vampire bite, and "o deer!" (140 characters)
Feeling a bit punchy in a freezing Pacific Northwest, but had to compose this in honor of my 8th-grader who's just finished a run in "Dracula" in his middle-school play.
Have a great writing week, and Happy Thanksgiving!
Oh, good one!! I'll definitely be on the look out if I'm down by the stream! What on earth am I saying! Not even a vampire deer is going to be nibbling on an old broad!! I'm safe!!! Hope you have a great week, Michael!

Happy Thanksgiving to you !
Hehehe! Oh deer is right!
ReplyDeleteBoy, if Catherine Hardwicke or David Slade or Chris Weitz get their hands on this storyline, we're talking mega-block buster!

ReplyDelete" N F" stands for New Faces- - so watch out!
ReplyDeleteGood for your 8th grader to step out in a play! My 8th grader would never do that. (He did play football but there's safety in the anonymity of pads and helmets!)
